"Like another reviewer said, they try to do a "bait and switch" to make you pay more."

"Michael, we have been trying to reach you since February to resolve your concerns, but to no avail. Relationships are two-way, or at least should be. We really tried to meet your needs as you requested, but we had not heard back from you in order to collect the documents needed for the coverage you chose when you came onboard. We NEVER "bait" or "switch" and the customer can ALWAYS make the final choice. I am sorry you had this experience. "
