"Sam Nelie. Thank you for your feedback. Emails between you and I were exchanged on January 8 and 9 regarding your issue, and we discussed what was needed to bring it to closure. We spoke via text message on January 23 and I even said give me a call on my personal cell phone (it was after hours) and your response was "nope". When we did talk the following day by phone you mentioned that you "get a lot of emails" and did not remember our email conversation, I get that. But at that time I explained what was needed to be completed to bring closure to your issue. We did the best that we could replying to the email initiated by you in early January, then conversing by text and speaking by phone just last week. What more could we have done?
